Introduction: Line Follower Car
Line Follower Car, can detect and avoid objects.
Supplies
- Arduino uno and breadboard
- Ultrasonic distance sensor
- 3 line sensors
- 2 motors with a driver
- IR remote and receiver
- Batteries and battery holder
- Wheels
- CAD Files
- Superglue
- Arduino compatible wheels
Step 1: Wiring
Wire the breadboard with the UDS, line sensors, motor drivers, motors, and battery as shown in diagram.
Step 2: 3D Print CAD Files
3D print all CAD parts provided.
Attachments
Step 3: Motor Attachment
Superglue the UDS to the front of the 3D printed base on the slot on the front.
Step 4: Line Sensor Addition
Superglue the 3 line sensors into their slots in the bottom of the base.
Step 5: Wiring and Wheels
Glue the Arduino board on top on the motors. Put the wheels on the motors.
Step 6: Build the Casing
Glue the 3D printed wiring casing together, then glue it to the base to cover the wiring.
Step 7: Add Code
Run this code with the line follower car in order to have it perform it's functions
