Step 1: Theory

Transistor as switch

Step 2: AND Logic Gate Using BJT

Transistors are connected in series.

Connect one terminal of push-button to the base of the transistor and another to Vcc via a 1K resistor

Step 3: OR Gate Using BJT

Transistors are connected in parallel.

Connect one terminal of push-button to the base of the transistor and another to Vcc via a 1K resistor
