Make this "Lucite" table with Glaze Coat (a two part resin), a TV table base and a basic acrylic frame. Fill it with anything from fake bills to toys and glitter. It's up to you.

Step 1: See the Video Tutorial

Step 2: You'll Need

You'll need

Famowood Glaze Coat

30 Fake bills

18" x 24" acrylic box frame

TV tray table with removable base

Minwax Polycrylic

Plastic cups and containers to mix the Glaze Coat

Latex Gloves

Step 3:

Coat your fake bills with Minwax Polycrylic.

When they're dry, cut them out.

You'll need about 30 of them.

Remove the base from your TV tray table

Step 4:

Prepare 2 cups of the Glaze Coat

Pour equal parts in two plastic cups

Stir in a separate container for 5 minutes!

Step 5:

Pour the Glaze Coat Resin inside the acrylic box frame and spread evenly with a stick

Carefully place your fake bills face down on the resin Insert the table base into the frame

Step 6:

Mix another two cups of Glaze Coat

Pour it in the frame and spread it evenly

Cover the table with a cloth and let it cure overnight

*Mine cured more quickly because of the heat outside

Whatever you put inside needs to be coated with the Minwax, otherwise the resin soaks in the paper and darkens it.
