I will show you how to mod the logo of your macbook pro to be any color that you choose.

IMPORTANT!!!

This mod will probably void your warranty!

you have been warned...

Step 1: What You Need

-Flat head screw driver

-Color Gel of your choice

-Pair of scissors

Thats it!!

Step 2: Safety First

First thing first...safety.

Remove power supply and any other items connected to your computer.

Step 3: Remove Screws

Use the Flat head screw driver to remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the screen.

this will take a little time since there not in the greatest place for a screw driver.
Be patient!!

Tip: Tweezers are good for removing the screws

Step 4: Back Panel Removal

This step is tricky.

You need to find a very thin card(Credit cards are too thick) and place it between the area that looks like metal and plastic. Apply pressure to "pry" backing away from screen.

Step 5: Color Selection

Next steps are easy...

1. Choose your new apple color
2. Cut out circular shape. (may need to trim a few times)
3. Peel back white fill slightly (about half-way)
4. insert new color fill.

Step 6: Finished

The steps for reassembly are the same to take it apart... place screen back on computer... make sure the logo is the correct direction, then screw screws back into place and your done!
