I recently discovered "glowing things" in ppt.

In this instructables i will make glow any kind of object that comes into my mind.


Supplies

You just need a laptop with MS Powerpoint in it.

..with a working trackpad (obviously)

Step 1: Open PPT and Choose an Object of Your Choice

You may choose any object in the world and copy paste it over ppt slide. Ensure to remove background of the image. By the way, it doesn't consume internet.


Step 2: Make It Glow


Under glow options You may easily format the object and make it glow. You can adjust the intensity of the glow with a slider.

Basically, the glow intensity can be adjusted using sliders:-

  1. Size
  2. Transparency


Many people are not aware of these little things so i thought of making a instructable on this topic.

Lastly, I want to say that most of us underestimate the powers of MS Powerpoint. These so-called hidden features of PPT are very useful. One must be curious to know these little things. I keep on participating in several innovative idea hackathons/competitions wherein I make eye-catching PPTs (for pitching in front of judges) by leveraging powers of these unique & useful features. There is a lot more to discover in this field.
