Oobleck is a substance from a Dr. Suess book. It's technicaly called a non-Newtonian fluid meaning it doesnt behave like normal liqued. You can actualy walk on it if you have enough. That's how you walk on water.

Step 1: Mix It
Get 1 and 1/2 cups of corn starch and 1 cup of water (if you want you can add several drops of food coloring) and mix it togeather.
