Step 1:

Find a belt clamp and a brooch. The belt clamp has screw and tiger teeth 2 versions.

Step 2:

Cut off the needle of brooch, and grind off some lacquer, it is easier to weld.

Step 3:

Cut a very small pieces of welding wire, put it on belt clamp middle with some flux.

Step 4:

Burn by torch to melt the welding wire. Put the brooch on by tweezers, here please notice move the flame on firebrick, or the paint of the brooch will be broken. After 3-5 seconds, remove the torch, the brooch is welded.

Step 5:

Use your imagination to design what you like by any items you want. If you failed to weld the brooch, heat and remove it, then polish the belt clamp by sand paper and redo this work.

Step 6:

Cut off a solid brass tube. Size 5mm x 4mm x 1mm.

Step 7:

Bevel the internal and external edge.

Step 8:

Rough the place to weld the tube on.

Step 9:

Use titanium clamp to local the tube on right place. The tube hole downside edge should align with the belt clamp’s hole top edge.

Step 10:

Put it on firebrick. Put a piece of welding wire on with flux, the flux is viscous liquid, so the welding wire will be glued on, and burn

Step 11:

Use the straighter to make process the solid brass wire, here we use 3mm one.

Step 12:

Make to square buckle (we name it bridge) by our tool kit, after some practice you can master this skill easily.

Step 13:

Here I add some steps to show how to install the wire on tube easily.

Step 14:

Polish it, and done.

Step 15:

Here I cut 2 short leather straps to show how the waist buckle work.
