Supplies

Step 1:

Get Containers, oil, water, salt or alka seltzer, food dye, and glitter (optional)

Step 2:

Pour Oil into container.

Step 3:

Pour Water into container

Step 4:

Add food dye of your choice into container.

Step 5:

Pour glitter (optional)

Step 6:

Add a pinch of salt or alka seltzer

Step 7:

Finish
