Introduction: Mandarin Orange Cheesecake:)
This is the Mandarin Orange Cheesecake I have grown up eating, it's extremely easy, and tastes amazing! :)
Step 1: Step One
You will need the following:
-graham cracker crust. (i just buy the already made kind, its easier than making your own)
-2 packages 8oz cream cheese
-1 cup sugar
-1/4 cup frozen orange juice from concentrate thawed
-2 tsp. orange extract
-1 cup whipping cream or cool whip
-1 11oz. can mandarin oranges drained and patted dry
-electric mixer

Step 2: Step Two
Beat the cream cheese and sugar in an electric mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Step Three
Add concentrate and extract to your cream cheese and sugar mixture.
Beat well.
Beat well.
Step 4: Step Four
Add in whipping cream.
Beat well.
Step 5: Step Five
Spread evenly into crust. Smooth with a spatchula.
Step 6: Step Six
Drain the juice out of your can of mandarin oranges.
Dump them out on a paper towel, and spread them out.
Take another paper towel and pat them dry.
Step 7: Step Seven
Decorate the cheesecake with the dry oranges in any desired design.
