Introduction: Mayo Maggi With Cheese
Maggi Noodles is one of the favorite food for people in India. It is an instant recipe that saved most of the bachelors who stay far from their home. It can be a quick breakfast for the morning or snack for the evening. During my college, I used to make these noodles every alternative day with various methods to get the full potential of this ultimate food. One of my favorites is Maggi with Mayonnaise and Cheese. My roommates used to love it :)
Now let us learn how to make it!
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 2 Packs of Maggi Noodles (You can use any noodles and this recipe fits!)
- 500 ml Water
- 1 Tbsp Veg Mayonnaise
- 50 grams of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp Bread Mix (Optional)
- 1 Tbsp of Coriander
Tools:
- a non-stick Skillet
- a tablespoon
- a grater for cheese
Notes:
- I didn't mention the masala mix, as it comes along with the maggi pack.
- Coriander and Bread mix is optional.
Step 2: Heat the Skillet and Let the Water Boil
Turn on the heat, place a skillet and pour 500 ml of water in it. Let the water boil for 20-30 seconds on medium flame.
Step 3: Add the Masala
Masala is a typical mix of spices that are well blended. This comes along with the Maggi Packet. Alternatively, you can create your own spice mix and add to it.
Step 4: Add Mayonnaise and Sprinkle the Cheese
Add 1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise and sprinkle the cheese. Now cover the Skillet with a Lid for 30-40 seconds on low flame.
Step 5: Add Noodles
Add two packs of Noodles. Then in high flame stir the content and switch off the flame when all the water dries up.
Step 6: Add Bread Mix and Coriander
Now take a plate and spread some ketchup on it. Then transfer the noodles and grate some more cheese. Lastly, add garlic mix and coriander.
Step 7: Serve Hot!
You will love it :)

For the American market those look a lot like ramen noodles. I don't see any reason why the recipe would work any differently even though the masala looks like a liquid. There are many different flavors of ramen noodles available.
Cilantro is what we call the coriander plant - grown from coriander seeds.
Bread mix contains salt, oregano, garlic, pepper, basil, chili, and cheese. That is vague enough, but you should be able to come up with something tasty from your herb shelf.
All in all, I agree with Jessy, this looks really good.

Yeah, may be you are right, I have many other ways to cook these noodles but the reason I love this one specially, is because it's simple, fast and tasty :) (And this is the one that I have made over and over)
