Meatloaf Cupcakes done in a simple way

Step 1: Mix Ingredients

I used 1 and a half pounds of burger meat

1 Large Jalepeno

1 Yellow Pepper

3 Eggs

Spices (dill, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, parsley)

Salt

Pepper

A Generous Amount of

Ketchup

Mustard

Hot Sauce

Bread Crumbs

Crackers

Step 2: Put a Topping on It

Put on a small amount of mustard and ketchup

Then add a layer of honey

Finally top it off with some brown sugar

Step 3: Cook Em

Cook them on 375 for about an hour.

I prefer my meat more well done so I always do at least an honor

Don't forget to add a pan or two below for the grease that will overflow

I just get the bob evans mashed potatoes and microwavable corn to make it easy

One pan is used and you get a classic meal that impresses everyone
