Introduction: Meaty Eggplant Rice

The perfect harmony of eggplant, meat and rice. Nice taste with its cake shaped presentation.

Supplies

Half a kilo of cubed meat

1 cup of rice

1 onion

2 tomatoes

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp allspice

1 tps salt

3 eggplants

Olive oil

Step 1: Rise

After putting 1 cup of rice in a bowl, leave it in salty warm water for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Eggplants

After peeling the eggplants in strips, cut them into thin strips. Fry the cut eggplants in oil. Drain the fried aubergines and place them on a plate.

Step 3: Meat

Take the cubed meat in a saucepan and sauté on low heat. Add the grated tomatoes and onions on the cooked meat and cook for another 10 minutes. Add seasonings while cooking.

Step 4:

Strain the cooked meat and put it in the rice pot. Broadcast to the floor. Add 2 cups of water to the remaining water in the meat pot.

Step 5: Combining

After spreading the meat in the rice pot, arrange the eggplants on it. Spread the washed and drained rice on the eggplants. Then add 2 cups of meat flavored water that you have prepared in the pot. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat until small holes appear on the rice. When you see the holes, leave it on the smallest fire for another 2 minutes and then turn off the fire. Let the cooked rice rest for 20 minutes.

Step 6: Presentation

After resting the rice, place the serving plate on the pot. Then turn the pot upside down with the plate. Gently lift the inverted pan. Then you can serve it with the help of a spatula.
