How to make Medicine planningnote book.

Step 1: Materials Required

Materials required:-
1) Scissor
2) Cutter
3) Colorful paper
4) Fevicol(Glue)
6) Pencil

Step 2: Cutting White Papers

Cut total 18 paper of size 7.5 cm length and 6.5 cm breadth.

Step 3: Making Paper Pocket

Take 2 blocks of white paper and stick three sides(left side, right side and bottom side) as a pocket. Same as for other. Make total 9 paper pockets.

Step 4: Making Cover of the Book

Take colorful papers and make a cover of the book.

Step 5: Assembling

Assemble all 9 pockets and cover. Make it as small note book.

Step 6: Arranging Pencil

Place the pencil at the outer left side of the note book.

Step 7: Finally

Make lock on top of the note book.
Write note for regular taking medicine.
