Introduction: Milk Cheese Chinese Scallion
First time making this and its delicious.
Supplies
Material:
1) 3 cup of bread flour 2) 2 pieces of cheddar cheese( i m using chesdale brand) 3) one cup of low fat milk 4) 1 egg 3) some pepper 4) some salts
Step 1: Bread Flour+yeast
pour 3 cup of bread flour into a beaker. add 1/2 teaspoon of yeast into the bread flour.
Step 2: Milk and Egg
Pour 1 cup of milk into the bread flour.
Break 1 egg and mix it with the milk and bread flour.
Step 3: Stir and Mix Them
Use a spoon to stir the dough until it become smooth.
Step 4: Cheese
Cut the 2 cheddar cheese into small pieces and add into the dough and stir them again until they are even.
Step 5: Leave It for 1 Hour
Leave it on the table for 1 hour for the yeast.
Step 6: Heat It Over a Pan
use gas cooker or induction cooker to heat and cook the dough until it is yellow and brown.
