Introduction: Minecraft for Kingdergarden
Making possible for the small ones to play Minecraft in computers.
Supplies
Makey Makey Classic, Clay or fruits
Step 1: Configure Minecraft Controls
Access the setting menu in Minecraft and select the controls you want to use to move your avatar in the game.
Educator Tip:
You can set the controls in default mode
Make sure your lefthanded students edit the settings so they can play properly.
Step 2: Create a Keyboard
Think of how are you going to play better, maybe clay is the solution or you are more into fruits. Find something that conducts the electricity and use it to create you own keyboard.
Educator Tip:
You can help your students giving them a list of possible conducts elements and objects.
This step can be done in groups.
Step 3: Try Your Solution
Test your solution in the game, conect Makey Makey to your computer and see if your avatar does as you wish in Minecraft.
Educator Tip:
If the videogame doesnt work properly check the settings and try using the computer keyboard to check the game is working fine.
