Introduction: Mini Cardboard Remote Control Car

In This Instructables Session We are going to see How to make Simple Remote ControL Car

Step 1: Components Required:

For Making mini Cardboard RC Car

1) 1 Cardboard Rectangle Shape Piece (3.5*6.5)cm

2) 4 Cardboard Wheels (2cm Diameter) In Compass take 1 cm To make this circle

3) Mini Gear ( I took from old low expensive Made Drone)

4) Mini Brushed Motor ( I took From same Old Drone)

5) Mini Reciever Circuit (I designed using tinker cad and made it simple Circuit ( TSOP 1738 IR Reciever ), (45uF Capacitor You can 10uF to 100uF Capacitor) and (BD140 PNP Transistor))

6) Tooth Pick

7) 9 V battery (First is used mini 3 V Battery Which is not enough to pull the car . Then I used 9 Volt battery)

Step 2: Designing

I Made simple model By Using Tinker Cad

Step 3: Connect Gear With CardBoard

1) First Motor With Mini Gear

2) Cut a small portion of cardboard to fix the motor gear

3) Apply Some Hot glue on cardboard and attach the motor gear

Step 4: IR Reciever

1) I made a simple circuit By Using TSOP 1708 IR Reciever and 45uF Capacitor and a BD150 PNP Transistor . and Tested By tinker Cad Stimulation ( Check The circuit Before making into circuit For That I Used TinkerCad)

2) Then I made Small Circuit

3) And Connect Battery and motor with the circuit

Step 5: Connecting Wheel

Connect 4 Wheel To Remote Control car

I Connected two wheel To Motor Gear

And other two wheels I connected using 1 tooth pick
