This is a survival kit that I made. I like making survival kits so I thought that I should make one with as much as I could I the smallest space. This is by no means set to what I have in the box, it is totally changeable to what ever you want in the box.

Step 1: Supplies

Here is a list of what you will need:

2 Blades
Paper
A packet of Matches (Strike Anywhere will work best but normal ones will still work)
An old tick-tack container
Duck tape (I didn't have any so I used masking tape but duck tape will work way better)
A small magnet
A needle
A straw
Aluminium foil
Disinfectant wipes.
Small plastic bags
Sand-paper
5 meters (16.4 feet) of string
Heat shrink

TOOLS:

Lighter
Scissors
Pen
Knife

Step 2: Prepare Matches and Blades

The Matches:

Take 15 matches and set them out so that the red top is on the top then the bottom and so on (Refer to the Photo). Then Take some tape and wrap it around the matches.

The Striker:

Take the box from the matched and cut it so that the striker and the same size of card are left, like in the photo, and take some tape and put it around the bits of card. The striker should be on the inside so that the matches don't accidentally light.

The Blades:
Get the Blades and some heat shrink and put the blades inside the heat shrink. Get a lighter and shrink the heat shrink so that you stil can take the blades out. This is just to make sure that the blades don't cut any thing.

Step 3: Preparing the Needle, Tape and Sand-Paper

To prepare the needle you will need to have your pliers, needle, straw, lighter, and scissors. First take the straw and pliers and clap the end with the pliers and melt the end over the lighter's flame until it is fully closed. Next wait for it to cool down and then put the needle inside and clamp the other end. Take the scissors and cut the end enough so that you can still melt it. Then melt it as you melted the other side.

Next take some sand paper and make it a rectangle and fold it into quarters so it turns into a long rectangle.

For the tape just make a mini spool. For duck tape cut a strip and make a spool out of that. Thanks to Gob314159 for the Duck tape Idea.

Step 4: Morse Code Sheet and Foil

You will need a small piece of paper to write down Morse code sheet. I have included a Photo to help you.To fold the foil you will need to get a piece of foil and fold it into quarters.

Step 5: Packing the Kit

To pack to kit you will need to get a knife and cut around the tick tack box's sticker and wiggle the top free. Then you will get a plastic bag and put it in the box. Then you will need to pack all the things in except the string and antiseptic. And shut the bag. If you want a motto in the side of the box you will need to write one now and slide it down with the disinfectant in the next step (My motto was "Be Prepared").Then you will need the slide the disinfectant down the side of the box. Then your 5 meters of string over the top and finally but the lid back on. It should still hold quiet firmly.
