Minimalist Garage

Inner city areas need garages with a small footprint. Therefore, I modeled a possible solution---a minimalist garage which uses the maximum amount of space given while also retaining a semblance of style.

Step 1: Address Problem

Addressed problem by examining common issues with mechanic hobby; lack of space, congestion via traffic, and electricity costs.

Step 2: Create Solution

Using styling cues from 1950s and 1960s America, a garage is modeled which fits criteria.

Step 3: Model in Real World

Using a laser cutter for precise measurements, I cut the pieces out of cardboard and assembled the model with a 3d printed roof shell.
