Introduction: Mobile Phone Stand

In this instructable, I'm going to show you how to create a mobile phone table stand at the home.

This phone stand is adjustable to hold the phone in most directions for general use. The stand can be used for;.

* As the charging holder/stand.

* Watching Movies

* On desk holder

* Mobile app developer stand

* As a mobile shop phone display

Supplies

You will need

01- PVC Pipe 4" x 20"

02- PVC Pipe 1/2" x 10"

03- Glue

04- Two buttons

Tools and equipment

01- Heat gun or gas stove

02- Cutter / Knife

03- Pencil

04- Marker pen

05- Tile

06- Sandpapers

07- Soldering iron with flat bit

Step 1: Prepare PVC Sheets From the Pipe - 01

  • Get the 4" PVC pipe, and cut it
  • Prepare heat gun flat nozzle (You use a gas stove or other heating source if you haven't a geat gun)
  • Heat the PVC pipe gently

Step 2: Prepare PVC Sheets From the Pipe - 02

*Get the tile, and flatten the heated PVC pipe

*Apply weight/pressure for about 1-2 minutes

*You may need to heat several times and apply the heat to get a better flat surface.

Step 3: Cut Parts

*Cut two main parts for the stand

*Use sandpapers to smoothing edges

Step 4: Prepare the Rotating Axel Part

*Prepare the rotating axel part from the 1/2" PVC pipe

Step 5: Bend the Stand

*Heat and bend the stand using the heat gun and the tile.

Step 6: Mark the Axle Cut Points

*Mark both axle cut points

Step 7: Cut Holes for Axle

* Use a flat bit with soldering iron to cut two holes. You can use any other suitable tool.

* Attach the axle to the stand

Step 8: Bend the Phone Grabber

* Use the heat gun to heat the grabbers, and bend them using the pencil

Step 9: Holder Axle Support

  • Mark and cut two holder axle supports

Step 10: Glue Everything

* Glue the center axle to the holder plate

* Glue supporting parts

* Glue center axle rotating part

Step 11: Mount the Holder Plate

*Mount the prepared holder plate on the stand axle.

Step 12: Finished!

* You are finished! Now you can use the created mobile phone holder for your daily life.

* You can decorate it a bit, and use it as a mobile phone display for a showroom.
