Modify Lego Pieces

Legos have been around forever. Every kid loves creating things with these building bricks. Butt what is the most frustrating thing about legos? When you are missing the correct piece and you have to scrap what you are building.

Step 1: Tools

Hacksaw

Legos

120 & 400 grit sand paper

Super glue(when combining pieces)

Step 2:

On a piece of graph paper (or equivalent computer software) design how the piece will be. If you notice, on the bottom of a brick, there are little tubes, make sure they align. 

Step 3:

If you are just combing two pieces, lightly sand the edge of the piece with 400 grit sand paper, glue and wait.

Step 4:

If you are cutting a piece to make it smaller cut with the hack saw where needed.

Step 5:

You will be left with a leftover piece. Take the 400 grit, sand until you just have that smooth edge piece left. Glue on and let dry.
