Introduction: Moi Indian Dessert

Home made pure vegetarian sweet packed with loads of energy and is easy to make .Can be served hot or at the room temperature ,Serves 3

Step 1: Ingredients Required

  • Dry Ginger powder-1 sugar spoon
  • Lotus seeds(makhana)-1 small bowl
  • Black Pepper-1/4 tea spoon
  • Powdered sugar-1 small bowl
  • Tragacanth gum(goond)-1 tea spoon
  • Grated dry coconut-1 medium bowl
  • Muskmelon seeds-1 table spoon
  • Cut Almonds-1 small bowl
  • Ghee-2 table spoon

Step 2: Adding Energy

Melt ghee in frying pan,when ghee is melted and warm enough add goond to it and roast it properly.

Step 3: Adding Flavor

After roasting the goond,add lotus seeds(makhana) to it,followed by black pepper and ginger powder.

Step 4: Adding Richnesss

After stirring it properly add almonds,muskmelon seeds and grated coconut,mix it thoroughly

Step 5: Adding Sweetness

Add powdered sugar to the mix and stir it for about 1 minute

Step 6: Done
