Introduction: Motor Management System for Hoisting Application Using Arduino Mega 2560 and IoT
Now days IoT based microcontroller are widely used in the industrial application. Economically they are used instead of a computer. The objective of the project us to fully digitalized control, data logger and monitoring the 3phase induction motor without using the electromagnetic contactor.
To reduce the downtime of breakdown in the industries for hoisting application and we are monitoring the system which is normally not easy to reach by the operator/ Engineer
Step 1: Step1 :basic of Motor Management System for Hoisting Application Using Arduino Mega 2560 and IoT
Step 2: Step 2 Block Diagram
The microcontroller of Arduino Mega for control analysis and display the status with LCD display. In this project, we are implemented the motor forwarding and reversing the power electronic for switching and along with that Internet of thing, data logger, speed monitoring, under voltage over voltage, over current protection, Change in direction
An external current transformer is used to measure the motor current sensing and relay is used for control trip indication
The instant motor speed and voltage frequently monitoring through IoT and also displaying through display device other parameters Single Phase Preventer, under and Over Voltage Protection, Over Current Protection, Over Speed Protection, Motor Temperature Protection and also we going see the more about solid state reply, Internet of Things ,LCD
Step 3: Step 3 Detail Schematic Diagram
The Arduino Mega 2560 is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560. It has 54 digital input/output pins (of which 14 can be used as PWM outputs), 16 Analog inputs,4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB Connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and are set button. to know more about the controller kindly refers the official website

In this project i have used the unison ssr which is available in india
Solid-State Relay (SSR) is an electronic switching device
that switches on or off when a small external voltage is applied across its control terminals. Block diagram of SSR and it consist of a sensor which responds to an appropriate input (control signal), a solid-state electronic switching device which switches power to the load circuitry, and a coupling mechanism to enable the control signal to activate this switch without mechanical parts. The relay may be designed to switch either AC or DC to the load. It serves the same function as an electromechanical relay, but has no moving parts.

For Motor & ambient Temperature
I have used the DS18B20 Stainless Steel Temperature Sensor is a pre-wired and waterproofed version of the DS18B20 sensor. Its unique 1-wire interface makes it easy to communicate with devices
