In this tutorial I will be showing you how to make a mouse trap gun

Step 1: Materials

What you will need:

mousetrap
pliers
lighter
wire (2-3 inches)
handle (big enough to have hand fit around)
extra support (a piece of wood that is the same size as the wood on the mouse trap)
2 screws
screwdriver
drill with bits
saw
hammer
tape (clear)
marker

Step 2: Making the Gun

The second step will be to place your mousetrap on top of your support piece and make two marks with your marker where you will drill your holes.

Step 3: Making the Gun

The next step will be to carefully drill through the wood on the two markings we made in the previous step.

Step 4: Making the Gun

Next you have to screw the two screws in part way so that nothing is sticking out of the bottom

Step 5: Making the Gun

Next you have to make the handle. Take a piece of wood that you can wrap your hand around comfortably and draw a line right above that then cut it off.

Step 6: Making the Gun

Next screw the screws in farther until the handle is securely connected with the mouse trap.

Step 7: Making the Gun

next take your drill and drill a hole straight down right in front of the handle. This will be for the trigger.

Step 8: Making the Gun

The next step is to remove any unnecessary parts like the staple and fake cheese on this one.

Step 9: Making the Gun

Next take your piece of wire and bend one end so it looks like a hook, then put it in the hole that you previously just drilled with the hook on the top. Then take the wire that sets the mouse trap and cut it so it is a tiny bit longer than the hook.
