Step 1: Make the Base of the Scene

Step 2: Make the Green Screen

Step 3: Make the Camera Equipment

Step 4: Making the Wire Mess

1- grab the scribble block

2- draw a random squiggle

3- lower the height to 0.1

4- make a bunch more until your happy with the results

Step 5: Add the Extra Props in the Scene

Step 6: And Your Done!
