Introduction: Multi Tasking Bookshelf

About: Hi innovator

This innovative multi-tasking bookshelf serves multiple purposes. It can function as a traditional bookshelf or storage box for various items. Additionally, it features a built-in bulb, allowing it to double as a table lamp or a night lamp. The bulb can also be replaced with a disco light, adding a fun and versatile touch to your space.

Step 1: Designing the Parts in CAD Software

Start by designing each part of the project meticulously in any CAD software of your choice. Ensure all dimensions, thicknesses, cuts, and other details are accurate and precise. In this project, I have used SolidWorks to create the designs, as shown in the accompanying video.

Step 2: Designing the Parts in CAD Software

Start by designing each part of the project meticulously in any CAD software of your choice. Ensure all dimensions, thicknesses, cuts, and other details are accurate and precise. In this project, I have used SolidWorks to create the designs, as shown in the accompanying video.

Step 3: Assembling the Parts

Once all the parts are designed, assemble them to ensure the final output meets expectations. This step helps identify if any adjustments or changes are needed before proceeding further.

Step 4: Fabricating the Parts

Once the design is finalized, begin the fabrication process using mechanical tools and various machines, such as a laser cutter, CNC, etc. For this project, I used a CNC machine, which requires a G-code. In this video, I have used Fusion 360 to generate the G-code for CNC machining.
