Intro: My Favorite Sanding Block

As a professional woodworker I shot a short video on making my all time favorite sanding block. I don't use power sanders in my shop so a simple, good, sanding block is necessary.

I agree but on that particular Youtube series I try to keep it all handtools. I generally cut 2-3 at a time and make the kerf on the saw before crosscutting to size.

That's a good idea. You could make a lot of these really fast with a table saw.
