My Mini Sword

As i'm grate lover of different type of weapon (eg:- GUN'S , SWORD'S ), and i can't keep such thing with me right now . So i thought why not at least make miniature version of sword that i can keep with me.

Supplies

• Brass and copper metal sheets
• file (it's a metal instrument use for carving or shaping metal, wood etc.)
• Blowtorch gun ( gas torch)
• Junior hacksaw
• metal cutter
• paper
• glue

Step 1: DRAWING ON PAPER

First draw a sword structure.

Step 2: CUTTING SWORD STRUCTURE FROM PAPER

Cut the sword structure drawn on paper.

Step 3: STICK PAPER SWORD ON METAL SHEET

Step 4: CUTTING METAL SWORD STRUCTURE

Cutting sword structure from metal and remove the paper.

Step 5: SHAPING THE SWORD

Shaping the sword by using file.

Step 6: MAKE THE SWORD COVER AND HANDEL

Step 7: ATTACHING THE HANDLE GUARD

Step 8: ARRANGING ALL THE MATERIAL

Step 9: AFTER SOLDERING ALL TOGETHER

Step 10: DRAW SWORD HOLDER ON PAPER

Step 11: CUT SWORD HOLDER FROM PAPER

Step 12: CUT SWORD HOLDER FROM COPPER METAL SHEET
