Step 1: Prep
Step 1. Apply peanut butter to unsalted side of the cracker
Step 2. Put the 2 halves together
Do 3 sleeves of crackers. That is equal to the amount of one package of bark coating. Do not start melting yet. Wait until all of the crackers have been put together.

Step 2: Prepping the Chocolate!
Follow the directions on the package for nuking the bark. But most say to nuke for 90 seconds, then stir between 15 second nuking sessions. I would also like to recommend breaking the cubes up into a medium glass dish.
Step 3: Coating Time!
Once the chocolate has melted hot and smooth, then time to take the tongs and drop one cracker at a time into the chocolate,
Coat all sides and when it has been coated on all sides place on a sheet of wax paper, or a glass pan lightly coated with cooking spray (butter flav is the best)
When you get to the end of the cracker pile you may have to put the chocolate back in the microwave for a few seconds. Be sure to follow the reheating instructions for the bark you use.
Before the chocolate cools add the M&M to the top of the cookie. This is great to make with kids, because the fun little jobs at every stage of this project, and the best part is no oven is used! It is a super safe cookie to make with your kids! Also pretty cool that you are not heating up the house or raising your power or gas bill! So what are you waiting for get melting! and enjoy! Im eating one right now! Mmmmmmmm!
