Introduction: NO SEW DRAFT STOPPER
My friend Helene from Lawrenceville had a pair ot those draft stoppers the last time i went to visit, very pretty.
Helene created them with old socks, leggings, and tights, without sewing.
She used part of an old fleece blanket, and rolled it to the desired length and thickness.
She put it in one of the legs of a black pair of tights( the kind with feet, not like the one in the picture) , the foot being the "head ", and she made a few knots for the tail.
She put a tube sock over it to form the furry head; and an old legging became the colorful body. She sewed eyes , nose and tongue
from the dollar store; they could be glued instead.
Very pretty, and a warmer room, too !
