Oh I am not against warming honey -- just have found that microwaves are not a safe way to process food. My mother used them exclusively for her food for 20 years and now has pancreatic cancer :(
Nuts and honey are one of my favorite health foods and I love your instructable :)

Sorry about your loss, I've lost a grandmother to lung cancer (who was a nurse and never smoked a day in her life and did not allow it in or even around her home- not saying that smoking doesn't contribute to lung cancer, but in her case it didn't) and also lost a close friend and classmate to leukemia when I was in 3rd grade. I have also battled intestinal cancer since 2007 and have been in remission for 2 years. As much as we want to blame something for the cancer (and trust me, I completely understand), I think your mom just had bad luck and using the microwave had nothing to do with it. The study done by the girl pouring microwaved water on a plant and it dieing that's been circulating the internet has been proven on snopes.com and on skeptics.stackexchange.com as well as various other rumor debunking sites to be false. The same experiments were done by multiple sources with more extreme care to mitigate outside contamination and all results resulted in no difference between the plants. Furthermore, non-ionizing radiation may vibrate the molecules but
there is no chemical change to them making it highly unlikely that it
caused anyone's cancer. According to the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency:
Also, this statement regarding that belief has been released by numerous sources but most notably cancerresearchuk.org:

I've made this before and can really recommend the recipe! It's absolutely delicious and super easy.
A bowl of greek yogurt topped with this makes a fancy and addictive dessert.
I recommend to use acacia honey which is mild in taste and pretty liquid so there is no need to warm it up. I always added a piece of a slit open vanilla bean, it gives a subtle vanilla flavor. Give it a try!
