Introduction: Need a Hand?
Hello everyone,
The goal of a project in our Design and Engineering course was to improve the classroom in some way. The first thing that came to mind was organization, as LEDs, resistors, etc. would get lost due to their size. We then decided to make a clamp-on box to contain materials while working. Here is the Instructable for the box; hope you enjoy!
Step 1: Materials
- 3D Printer
- Tool for measurement
- STL File
- Vacuum Form
Step 2: Measure Desk
Measure the width of your desk in inches.
Step 3: Adjust STL File
On the STL File, adjust the space between the hands to exactly that of the width of your desk.
**Note: On the Tinkercad grid, make sure your units are in inches.
Step 4: 3-D Print
Upload the STL File to a 3-D Printer and print the box.
