Introduction: Nutella Brownies | Three Ingredients
I am about to change your life. I am about to make you the happiest person on the planet. I am about to show you how to make brownies with only three ingredients, and I am going to exploit the inherent fantastical properties of Nutella in doing so.
See, Nutella already has fat, milk, and chocolate in it. Since those are the things you would normally be adding to traditional brownies separately, why not use a product that already has these things - and hazelnuts! See, you knew Nutella was amazing. But maybe you didn't realize its full potential. Until today - the day you met three-ingredient Nutella brownies.
Go. Make these. Now.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (280g) Nutella
- 2 eggs
- 10 tbsp (62g) flour
Directions:
- Put it in a bowl. Mash it up. Pour into a pan or muffin tin. (I used a mini muffin tin lined with paper cups). Top with hazelnuts if you're feeling extra fancy. Bake at 350F (180C) for around 30 minutes (less time for cupcake form, more time if the centers aren't baked through).
That's it. You're done. Eat them. Revel. Be amazed.
You're welcome.

Your measurements are not accurate, I followed the recipe but it came out more like a cake than brownie. I discovered that 62 grams was actually 2 tablespoons and not 10 as you stated.

We had so much fun whilst making these amazing Nutella brownies!! although my daughter wanted to make peanut butter editions so she then melted peanut butter, although left the plastic on the sachets and blew up our microwave! wouldn't make these again but only due to our experience, they tasted wonderful :)

Made it and it worked fine. Added 3 eggs though. I just took them out of the oven and they look really nice?

I made these today for my husband, but after reading the comments, I altered the recipe a bit. I added 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/3c milk. I wish I had added a teaspoon of vanilla...it just needed a little something. I baked 6 jumbo muffins for 20 minutes, and they were quite done but not burnt. They were nice and fluffy like a cake. I put some more Nutella on top while they were still warm.

What type of flour is used? I assume self raising, but I'm not sure

I made these and they were delicious! however, my batter was very thick and dry, so i added a little canola oil and water to get it to the right consistency before baking. I made brownies and they came out great.

Bravo! Now, if there were only such a thing as dark chocolate Nutella ...

Do we need a baking powder to make the cake rise? -.-??

I used self raising flour and it seemed to be ok. I may add a little baking powder next time, but I guess that defeats the 3 ingredient object :D

Seriously the best ever nutella recipe. Here's my question: if I use the entire 13 oz jar of Nutella, how many eggs and how much flour? I'm guessing 3 eggs and 12-15 T flour but I would sure appreciate your official verdict!

Can I use rice flour instead? Will I get the same "yummy" results?
