Introduction: Nutella Mousse
This is a 2 ingredient Nutella Mousse recipe. It's a quick recipe and is delicious. A great desert option for making in advance and a hit for parties.
Ingredients: (makes 5 small cups)
Double Cream - 240ml/1/4 Cup
Nutella - 150g

Some Fruits & Chocolate Shavings for Garnish
Step 2: Step 2: Soften Nutella in Microwave
Soften Nutella in Microwave for 10-20 seconds and let it cool down.
Step 3: Step 3: Beating Double Cream
Beat Double cream until it holds shape. Do not over beat. Check the consistency in the picture

Step 4: Step 4: Add Some Cream to Nutella
Add some cream to nutella and mix it with a spatula or spoon.
Step 5: Step 5: Add Nutella Mixture to Cream
Add the nutella mixture to the rest of the cream and fold gently to combine. Folding will give it air for the light texture.
Step 6: Step 6: Pipe and Cling Film to Chil in the Fridge
Pipe or spoon mousse mixture to small glass. Wrap them with cling film and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

garnish with some raspberries & chocolate shavings and they are ready. Enjoy!!!
