Introduction: Open Air Pc Case

About: I'm a simple guy with huge power od imagination to redesign and create a new thing.

Tools required for this project are

  1. Hammar
  2. hand driller
  3. screw drives
  4. measuring tapes
  5. metal cutter
  6. hacksaw blade

Supplies

In supplies you required these items:

  1. uPVC pipe 1/2 inch
  2. T connector for 1/2"
  3. elbow connector for 1/2"
  4. 1/2" screws
  5. thread
  6. metal sheets piece

Step 1: Step 1: Cut the UPVC Pipe Into Mentioned Length

Cut the uPVC pipe in the mentioned length

  • 2 piece in 430 mm
  • 2 piece in 400 mm
  • 2 piece in 270 mm
  • 3 piece in 330 mm
  • 4 piece in 20 mm
  • 4 piece in 80mm

Step 2: Step 2: Connect Pieces

Using T connector and elbow and connect in.

First, take 270mm length to connect with T vertically & 400mm piece connect horizontally with the same T connector as shown in the attached figure.

Second, connect another T connector with T by using a 20mm uPVC pipe piece.

Third, connect T and elbow with each other by using an 80mm piece

Fourth, connect the elbow connector with another elbow connector using a 430mm piece.

Like that make a cuboid shown in the figure

Step 3: Step 3: Drill 330 Mm Piece of Pipe

In this step, we will use the hand driller to drill the 330 mm of pipe for the motherboard screw position and also drill the opposite side of the pipe for fixing it on the structure. You can use 2 and 3 pieces of 330mm length of pipe.

Note: using it 330 mm in length for EATX motherboard up-gradation in the future. Here I'm using mATX motherboard that's why I'm using 2 pieces of 330 mm pipe. You can change the length of pipe as per your requirements

Step 4: Step 4: Cut the Metal Sheet

Here I've cut the metal sheet by using a metal cutter & made a metal connector which I used to connect the SMPS in the case.

Step 5: Step 5: Connect Motherboard and Other Peripherals

in this step, we will connect the motherboard to the pipe by using a screw with a spacer & on the opposite side of the pipe fixed on the frame by using thread.

Step 6: Step 6: Finally Connect All the Component

Connect all the components on the motherboard like graphics card tv, tuner card, Wifi module, and last but not least Smps to the motherboard. Connect the CPU to Monitor, keyboard & mouse.

Turn on your computer & enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
