Or a square piece of paper would do

Step 1:

Flip it over and then follow the steps

Step 6:

Try to kinda fold the tail behind to pop it infront so as the pointy nose gets ducked under

Step 7:

Now fold what you have in half and then make the wings
Then give those little creases on the end
