Step 1: First

First Get Cardboard and draw design of shoe on cardboard

Then pop them out and set them aside

Step 3: Step 3

Then cut the circles out

Step 4: Step 4

Then spray paint the shoes black

Step 5: Step 5

The cut out Three rectangles and paint them gold

Step 6: Step 6

The hot glue the rectangles to top and back of shoe

Step 7: Step 7

Then add rectangle to front/top of the front of shoe. Then you are done.
