Introduction: Poster Power or How to Print a Poster?
Once I entered my room and noticed that it’s really boring. It needed something special to bright up the atmosphere. So I have decided to print a large poster.
The first problem I faced with was which picture to choose? It’s the most important thing in this idea to find appropriate picture for the multipage poster to fit in your room.
I have decided to make black and white poster of a night city street. But, in fact, you can choose anything you like, starting from the worlds famous paintings, like Mona Lisa and finishing by simple paintings of your own. There are plenty of variants: 3d pictures, photos of friends or relatives, movie or music stars you like, cartoon heroes for kids and many other variants. I am sure you will find something that you like. By the way, one of my friends once made even wallpapers of posters. In fact poster makes room unique and creates a special atmosphere.
So if you have decided to print your own poster, follow these instructions:
Step 1: Choose a Picture
Choose a picture that you like, find the place in the room for it and decide whether it will fit the design of your room.
Step 2: Choose the Software Tool.
Step 3: Prepare the Poster.
Run the program and make the poster upon your needs (size, borders and other settings)
Pay attention to the print options. If it is wallpaper you don’t need to print glue margins, and if it is a simple poster you need them.Step 4: Print the Poster Sheets.
If something is wrong with some paper sheet you can reprint it, or you can reprint the whole poster if you see that you did something wrong.
Step 5: Crop the Margins.
Crop unprintable margins. You have to be very careful, because if you crop too much or the paper sheets will not coincide in a good way.
Step 6: Glue the Sheets
You have to be very careful, because if you glue imprecisely the paper sheets will not coincide in a good way. Skip this step if you have borderless printer.
