Introduction: PWM Motor Speed Controller
So, When you wanna control the speed of your DC Motor, You can do it by Changing the voltage across the motor terminals, Which can be achieved by a Variable Lab Bench Power Supply Unit or A LM317 Voltage regulator, But if you wanna make your controller small, There's no way of using a big and heavy Power supply and if you're working with batteries, You don't wan't a power loss using LM317, Of course. So Here's a Small and Efficient DC Motor Speed Controller.
Step 1: Watch the Video
First you Need to watch the video, www.youtube.com/c/electromaker and see the Latest video.
Step 2: Order Your PCB's
Then you wanna order your PCB's. You can see how we can order PCB's in my video and Here's the link JLCPCB Homepage. Gerber files Are Below

Step 3: Buy the Parts
Here's the Link for every component used in this video (Amazon India Links)
100uF 25V Electrolytic Capacitor

Step 4: Solder the Components to the PCB
First Place all the components on the PCB and Bend their legs from the other side of the PCB So that they don't fall off when we solder them.
After soldering your project is ready.
The soldering process can be seen in the video
Step 5: Important Things to Remember
1. Connect Positive terminal of you motor to the Positive Input and Negative of the Motor to The Drain of the Mosfet.
2. Solder the flyback diode to motor in reverse bias.
3. Maximum input voltage- 15V (Due to 555 Timer IC)
4. Using of more than 5 Minutes need a Heatsink on the Mosfet.
5. The Traces on the PCB Can withstand upto 1 AMP Only! My mistake I forgot to thicken the Copper Traces.
