small paper not to small (or boat will be to small) and tape

Step 1: Grab 9 1 Quarter by 7 1 Quarter Paper

fold it hamburger wise

Step 2: Fold Again Same Way

Step 3: Fold How I Do It (no Idea How to Describe)

and after you do all steps your done.
