Foam or plastic cup

Step 1: Paper

Fold your paper in half. Cut the paper to make strips, but don't cut it all the way to the edge.

Step 2: Roll

Roll the paper into a tube. Spread out the leaves.

Step 3: Cut

Take to plastic or foam cup and cut it.

Step 4: Put Together

Put together the paper and the cup

Step 5: This Is Optional

You can roll the tube into a loose paper roll. You can make more paper tubes and insert it into each other. Make each tube tighter an the last to make them fit into each other.
