it basicly is a wallet made out of a paper towel tube and tape. (this is my first instructibles entry so please be nice.)

Step 1:

get 1 paper towel tube, 1 pen, tape (paking, and masking), 1 dollar (for measuring porpuses), and sicors.

Step 2:

fllaten tube then mesure a dollar and mark it with a pen.

Step 3:

cut on line strightthen cut at the top to make the opening. flaten after cut

Step 4:

tape at the sides to close it and make sure that money in it does not fall out. and fold in half.

Step 5:

as you will notice some paper towel tubes will not stay closed all the way so take a strip of tape about 3 1/2 inches and make a tab that will not stick to the wallet.

Step 6:

stik on the secure close tab (the thing that you made 1 step ago) and add a strip of masking tape over the part of it on the walet (with out the tab)

Step 7:

add tape to the other sides for decoration.

Step 8:

and you can put a strip of tape on it and draw stuff. or write youre name.

Step 9:

NOW ..... You're done!!!! if you make it as long as 2 credit cards and 3 cm add some left over pieses and tape you've got a place for credit cards. and this is what it should look like when you are done (not the credit card one that i will do later)
