Introduction: Part-Time Community Manager
The Autodesk Student Community Team is seeking a part-time community manager to help with Instructables customer support, content moderation and bug reporting. Some contest moderation on Instructables may also be involved. This role is part-time (approximately 20 hours a week) and fully remote. The pay range is $20 - $30 an hour, depending on experience.
The Part-Time Community Manager will:
- Assist with Instructables customer support.
- Help with content moderation.
- Report and track bugs that have been reported by the community.
- Provide input received from the community to relevant departments.
- Assist with challenge moderation on Instructables and (potentially) Tinkercad.
Preferred:
- 1-2 Years experience with customer service or similar.
- Prior experience working for a website or other online products.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Instructables and Autodesk.
- Comfortable working both highly independently and collaboratively as required.
- Enjoys problem-solving.
- Remote working experience.
