Introduction: Part-Time Community Manager

The Autodesk Student Community Team is seeking a part-time community manager to help with Instructables customer support, content moderation and bug reporting. Some contest moderation on Instructables may also be involved. This role is part-time (approximately 20 hours a week) and fully remote. The pay range is $20 - $30 an hour, depending on experience.


The Part-Time Community Manager will:

  1. Assist with Instructables customer support.
  2. Help with content moderation.
  3. Report and track bugs that have been reported by the community.
  4. Provide input received from the community to relevant departments.
  5. Assist with challenge moderation on Instructables and (potentially) Tinkercad.


Preferred:

  1. 1-2 Years experience with customer service or similar.
  2. Prior experience working for a website or other online products.
  3. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Familiarity with Instructables and Autodesk.
  6. Comfortable working both highly independently and collaboratively as required.
  7. Enjoys problem-solving.
  8. Remote working experience.
