Introduction: Passover Bagels
Of course you can't have regular bagels during Passover, but you can have these treats. They're basically popovers made with matzoh meal.

- 1c water
- 1/2c peanut oil
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t salt
- 2 c matzoh meal
- 4 beaten eggs:
Step 1: Mixing and Cooking
Bring the water, peanut oil, sugar and salt to a boil.
Remove it from the heat, and stir in first the matzoh meal, and then the beaten eggs.
Form into balls and place on an oiled baking sheet.

Step 2: Forming and Baking
Wet your finger and poke it through the center of each "bagel".
Bake them at 375F for 50 minutes, or until nice and golden like you see in the picture.
Let cool, and enjoy with cream cheese, another filling, or just plain.
