Want to know a quick and easy way of sharing BOMs? (bills of materials). Usually, the common method is to email it to someone, so I want to quickly explain why that's a bad idea. It's mainly down to change control, IE, what happens if the BOM changes?

You could, for example, use GIT, and push and pull the changes. But this involves having the git repo set up, the remote set up, the end user understanding git, etc etc! The list goes on! Simply emailing the BOM is no good either, they'll inevitably save it in there C:/user/desktop/new desktop/this one/no really this one/bom123_this_latest.csv
