Introduction: Peacock Pattern Jewelry Set
Hii makers.
I make this Instructable on Jewelry set design & make using Different colors of Acrylic.
I design and fabricate Necklace, Bangles, earring, and rings using acrylic.
I use Tinkercad for design and Use laser cutter for fabricating my design in acrylic parts.
This Design looks amazing in different colors after assembling/joining.
For joining different color Acrylic parts, I use superglue or feviquick.
Also, use woolen Strings to make a Jewelry set.
Gather all supplies and Let’s make This Instructable.
Supplies
1> Multicolor Acrylic(Yellow, Purple, Green, Orange, Blue) 1x1 feet Sheet 2.5 mm thick.
2> Sewing Needle for woolen string
3> Feviquick
4> Lasercutter Access
5> Computer for Design in Tinkercad.
Step 1: Design in TinkerCAD
For necklace.
First, open Tinkercad.
Use a box tool to make a Strip for Neckless. We make a bigger piece 60x5x2.5 mm in size.
Use a circle tool and place it on top of the strip to make a hole.
For other smaller parts, we decrease the length by 5mm in all parts.
We need 7 parts in 1 color and we have 5 different acrylics.
After making 1 whole set can copy for another color set.
For Ring and Bangle
Draw a circle and place another circle inside with a smaller diameter.
Measure your hand to take dimensions correctly.
We have 5 color acrylic, so we place 5 colors in a circle by cutting each strip in72 degrees.
Copy-paste all curved strips and place them besides 1 st strip and make a circle.
After making a circle copy-paste the whole circle by 5 times and make a stake of the strip.
For Earrings.
We have 5 different color acrylics to use in Earrings.
Make a circular piece that fits inside a bigger circle to make a peacock feather pattern.
Choose random circle diameters to make it as you want, else use my design.
Step 2: Convert SVG to DXF
After designing all things and assigning color as you want, we need to make a .dxf file for Lasercutting.
First, we export a red color design. we hide other color designs and use export>.SVG file.
Do this step for another color.
For making .dxf file I use a cloud converter to convert SVG file to a DXF file.
https://cloudconvert.com/svg-to-dxf
I also add my files for direct use.
Step 3: Laser Cutting
I have a 100w co2 laser cutter.
I use 2.5mm Acrylic in 5 different colors.
Use power 50 and speed 15 mm/sec.
Step 4: Assembly
To assemble all parts, I use Feviquick adhesive to join all parts.
Join all parts as per design.
Use a needle and string to assemble the necklace.
Enjoy making your custom jewelry.
