1 tbs cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Crushed cloves
1/2 cup milk
Pecans
Chopped pears or apples
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter softened
1 cup hot water

Step 2: Steps
In a large bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients listed
Chop the pears and pecans
Mix together in the large bowl
Place the batter in a greased pan
It is okay if it is thick
Place the hot water, sugar, and butter in a bowl and mix
This is the caramelization on top
Pour over the thick batter in the pan
Place uncovered in the oven for 350 degrees for 25 minutes
