Pencil Launcher

fun toy for the dorm.

Step 1: Step 1: Gather Supplies

you will need

2 large binder clips

3 small binder clips

a rubber band (if you want more power than add more rubber bands)

a pencil or skewer (for ammunition. if you put fins on it than it will fly straighter)

Step 2:

clip binder clips together and remove handles as shown. streach rubber band over binder

Step 3:

stretch rubber bands over the binder clips and then shoot someone!!!!
