Pi Seat

It is a Pi Seat inspired by the concept of the Pi symbol.

Supplies

1. Silicone Solution:- Link
2. Cement :- Link
3. Water
4. Die

Step 1: Cad Model Design

I designed this cad in solidworks using the spline tool.

You can do CAD design as per your requirement and as per your CAD software conventions.

Step 2: Mold Design

1. We need to create the Pi symbol using either 3D printing or cement, etc.
2. Place it inside the box.
3. Pour the silicone solution into the box.
4. Next, remove the Pi from the mold.
5. The mold is prepared.

You can create the mold following the instructions provided in the video.

This mold is composed of a silicone solution.

Step 3: Process

1. Mix water and sand with cement.
2. Fill the mold with cement.
3. Wait for 24 to 48 hours.
4. Ready to go.
