Step 2: Open Safety Pins

Take safety pins and try to straight it with a help of plier.

Step 3: Ring Shape

Make a ring shape with the help of cylinder shape object.

Step 4: Use Decorative Material

Stick decorative materials on the ring to it beautiful.

Step 5: Woolen

Take four fingers and roll the Woolen. And at the one side tight it with Woolen. And the other side cut it with the help of scissor. Make it free.
