Introduction: Pizza Salmone
A interesting variation of a white pizza with smoked salmon.
Step 1: Idea
Today, we vakuum packaged 13 salmon sides.
We brined and smoked them this week.
Since we cut off a small piece of the tail, where we hang them up in the smoke, it was a good opportunity to test a recipe that i had in my head for a while.
This is not a complete instructable, it bases on a earlier instructable of mine. It's a addition or variation of it.

Step 2: Ingredients
Most of the ingredients are the same as here:
https://www.instructables.com/id/Flammkuchen-the-other-type-of-pizza/#step2
But instead of bacon cubes, i used smoked salmon cuts.
I also added some horseradish to the sauce (cream mix).
At the end, i sprinkled some finely cut fresh dill on top.
Step 3: Forming and Topping
Forming and topping is the same as here:
https://www.instructables.com/id/Flammkuchen-the-other-type-of-pizza/#step5
With the following differences:
I only spread the cream mix and put the spring onions onto it and pat it down.
The salmon and dill is added after baking.
Step 4: Baking
Baking is the same as here:
https://www.instructables.com/id/Flammkuchen-the-other-type-of-pizza/#step6
After baking, i add the salmon and sprinkle some dill onto it. You can also add some freshly ground pepper.
Step 5: Enjoy
I did this variation of a white pizza or flammkuchen the first time today.
It was so good, i will definitely do it again.
Some changes i will try:
I will add some more horseradish into the sauce and/or grate some onto the pie after baking.
Since i didn't cut enough salmon for four pies, i used a wonderful bacon, that i cut into sticks.
I bought this bacon in the Italian alps, where i was skiing. (Valle di Fassa)
It's definitely worth a try.

Ohh, very nice idea. I'm always looking for ways to incorporate more fish. Thank you for sharing, and good luck on the contest!
